Hi,
Just a quick as update.
It’s been a while, don’t think for a moment that I forget to say hello.
I don’t forget.
Here we are in 2009, 2008 was a blast.

Sometime else last year:
Had my girlfriends 21st birthday in OCT (the 10th).
Happy Birthday Little Bear!
You party, you cheeky thing! x

On the same weekend I rode in a 24 hour mountain bike race in Canberra.
That week was crazy. Hope to get some pics on later, maybe facebook as I’m behind in that update as well!

Was a groomsman for my mates wedding.

Became a godfather to Brandon who was born in the back of a stationwagon (where the dog goes)!

Rode in the 6 hour mountain bike race in Ocean Grove.
Our team did very well.

Business is going great, taken off crazily since last year. Keep an eye out for some wild news.

Moving on courses.
Have kittens right now, (actual furry animals not some feeling), 11 weeks old this week - we think.

You know I read about a fog catcher - could really do with one now.
A really, really big one. I’d take a picture but it’s look like a big white wall.
My flight has been delayed by 1.5 hours so far…

Yes, it’s true. Monkey I’ve eaten.
But not real monkey, just the cheeky kind.
Here is a photo of a snack food I bought - even the picture on the packaging looks a it like it might contain real monkey.
Don’t worry - it was a collection of nuts and stuff cut into squares. Pehaps monkey food, but not monkey.
Maybe thats what monkeys become when they eat nuts etc - cheeky. Might explain my sense of humor! -K

Hey,
I’ve just finished flicking through this book on the book case where I am right now called “Beyond 2000″ (published in 1986). It has a whole 6 pages (out of 304) dedicated to computers - the rest is aviation, energy, agriculture and construction. (It has some amazing photos of the twin towers too). Bascially most of the computer section is boring, except this one little section of a picture of an Australian actor (Iain Finlay) standing in a ~~Telstra~~ Telecom phone box with a really old modem that you would take the handset of the phone from then put it on the modem! (I’ll see if I can take a scan of it and upload it so you can see).

Amazing.

And here I am, just over 20 years later, operating a touch screen enabled laptop, with a cordless high speed broadband connection (via the mobile phone network), not plugged in to anything - telling you all about it. Excited?

I wonder what Iain is up to now anyway.
